About Us
ASKML is a design and construction company based in Bulacan, established March of 2014 by Architect Ken Michael Laquindanum.
In twelve (12) years, ASKML completed numerous projects within Bulacan such as
residential, apartments, multi-storey dormitory, multi-storey mixed-use commercial buildings,
restaurants, and now entered some horizontal projects such as bridges and roads.
Striving success given the new normal, we are now accepting bigger scale projects
and more sophisticated high-end residential and commercial structures outside Bulacan.
