WHO WE ARE
KML Build and Construction Corporation (KMLBCC) is a design and construction company based in Bulacan, established March of 2014 by Architect Ken Michael Laquindanum.
In almost eight years, KMLBCC completed numerous projects within Bulacan such as
residential, apartments, multi-storey dormitory, multi-storey mixed-use commercial buildings,
and restaurants.
Striving success given the new normal, KMLBCC is now accepting bigger scale projects
and more sophisticated high-end residential and commercial structures outside Bulacan.
